The most important thing to keep from those costly vehicle repairs is vehicle maintenance. You should follow the recommended maintenance schedule set by the manufacturer. This schedule can be found in your owner's manual. If our customers do not have this information, we can provide it for them. We have maintenance information on most late model vehicles.

   Here is a guide for some schedule maintenance:

Motor Oil & Filter* Every 3000 miles or 3 months
Air Filter* Checked every 6000 miles, replace if needed
Spark Plugs* Every 30,000 miles
Spark Plug Wires* Checked every 30,000 miles, replaced every 60,000 miles
Transmission Fluid* Every 24,000 miles
Fuel Filter* Every 30,000 miles
Tires Rotated* 6000-8000 miles
Timing Belt* Every 60,000 miles

* Manufacturers vary on time intervals. Personal driving habits affect time intervals.
